- Distinguished Speaker Series: Campus events featuring prominent voices in public discourse, including legendary New Yorker staff writer David Denby discussing his latest essay collection with students, and renowned political strategist and former DNC interim chair Donna Brazile in conversation with journalist Alex Cohen on current events in Washington, D.C.
- Profit and Protest: The Business of Immigration Detention – A panel examining the growth of the U.S. immigration detention system and related carceral policies, encouraging critical dialogue on a timely national issue.
- IDEA Listening Sessions: The IDEA Leadership Team hosts sessions inviting students, staff, and faculty to share their thoughts on the current climate on campus and in the country, fostering open dialogue and free expression.
- IDEA Student Fellowship Program: Provides financial support for summer research, internships, and community-engagement projects focused on advancing opportunity, innovation, and social welfare. Fellows present their work at the annual Research Tea, connecting scholarship with civic impact.
- SAS Student Leadership Dialogue Dinner with IDEA Leadership Team: A student-led dialogue format that encourages direct conversation between student leaders and campus leadership on issues of shared concern.
