- The John Henry Newman Lecture Series brings thought-provoking speakers to campus with opportunities for the LaSalle community to learn new perspectives, think critically about salient issues confronting society, and engage in civil dialogue.
- La Salle University and the Philadelphia-based National Constitution Center have partnered to help educators begin their journey to a master’s degree. Teachers from across the U.S. can attend the National Constitution Center’s Civil Discourse Summer Institute and receive three credits toward a master’s degree in education at La Salle.
- La Salle President Daniel J. Allen, Ph.D., was named to the Board of Directors of Committee of Seventy, a nonpartisan Philadelphia civic leadership organization that promotes citizen engagement and public policy advocacy.
