Activation Plan

Below is an overview of some campus activities:
- The Office for Social Justice and Diversity is planning programming that fosters responsible citizenship through open, respectful conversation and treatment of others and encourages the Montclair community to give back to others in the community who are in need.
- The Office for Voter and Civic Engagement will ramp up its efforts during this Presidential election year. To prepare, Montclair will launch a bipartisan social media campaign to educate students about the candidates to make sure they are fully informed on the medium they use the most. The University will also host upcoming voter registration events, provide a shuttle service from campus for students to vote, and offer polling location information for students who live off campus.
- In addition, Montclair will send faculty to the College Presidents for Civic Preparedness Faculty Institute.
