Activation Plan
Below is an overview of some campus activities:
- The Center for Art and Community Partnerships (CACP) and the Office for Justice, Equity, and Transformation (JET) propose a campus-wide framework for civically engaged programs, projects, exhibitions, and events for Fall 2024. Under the framework of Finding Our Voices: Intersections of Creative and Civic Engagement, departments and individual faculty will partner to expand upon this theme. JET will support these efforts by offering Faculty JET Grants, up to $1,000 each.
- The “Disobedient Design” Communication Design course will focus on civic issues, voter turnout, and democratic values.
- The College plans on launching a “Why I Vote” Letterpress project.
