- In President Ford’s 2024 Welcome Back Message, she emphasized the importance of creating a “Brave Space” on campus instead of a “safe space.”
- Dillard has re-established its National Center for Black Jewish Relations (which focuses on the intersectionality of identities and people over politics), enhanced its community-facing Racial Justice Center, and launched a Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion cross-campus initiative.
