Christine Winston is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at the Institute for Citizens & Scholars, where she leads the organization’s finance, relationship management, human resources, and operational functions.
In her current role, Christine draws on a wealth of experience from both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. She co-founded and spent 8 years at Path Forward, a non-profit focused on women’s workforce development programs. Prior to that, Christine spent fifteen years in a diverse set of roles across finance, strategic planning, and operations at AOL and JPMorgan Chase. She holds a BA in Politics and a certificate in Russian Studies from Princeton University.
Christine lives in coastal Connecticut and continues to advise and mentor women who are trying to return to the paid workforce. She loves trying new restaurants, going on outdoor adventures with her rescue pup, Snoopy, and finding any platform that will allow her to sing.
