Colorado Mountain College

Colorado Mountain College is helping communities grow their own educators through Colorado’s first registered teacher apprenticeship program. Developed in partnership with local school districts and state workforce leaders, the program allows aspiring teachers to earn a salary while gaining years of hands-on classroom experience before graduation. By creating accessible pathways into the profession and strengthening the local educator pipeline, the initiative helps schools recruit and retain talented teachers while ensuring students and communities have the educators they need for years to come.
