Stetson University

Young Sound Seekers at Stetson University brings students together with blind and partially sighted youth to create accessible media that helps more people experience public lands and nature. Through partnerships with community organizations and the National Park Service, participants produce audio tours, educational resources, and other accessibility tools while gaining hands-on experience in digital storytelling, community engagement, and inclusive design. By combining experiential learning with public service, the program helps make the outdoors more accessible while empowering students to create meaningful change in their communities.
